Once let, an additional 200 new jobs could be created at the office park, which is already a hub for professional and engineering services companies, including suppliers to the chemical and offshore industries.

Stephen Brown, senior partner at independent commercial property consultants Dodds Brown, Wynyard Park will attract international, national and local businesses looking for a prestigious office base within the region.

He said: “Wynyard Park offers quality space in a superb location, with an existing hub of engineering and professional services companies and excellent on-site facilities. We expect to generate great interest.”

Office buildings and suites ranging in size from 1,500sqft up to 10,000sqft are available for let, with smaller office suites available in Wynyard Park’s Business Centre.

The new office buildings come with car parking and air conditioning or comfort cooling, and some are stand-alone buildings with their own front door, allowing the building to be branded by the occupiers.

Facilities on site at Wynyard Park include a gym, cafe, and meeting and conference areas in the Business Centre and current tenants include Evolution Accountants, TBI Solicitors, Huntsman, Nortechs Solutions and BP.
