We specialise in resolving difficult commercial/contractual issues usually linked to cost and/or time overruns on live projects or ones that are completed and the parties are entrenched in their positions.
We work in all links of the supply chain from Owners and Joint Ventures to Contractors and subcontractors
We also work at all stages of projects from feasibility or tender stage providing consultancy advice ranging from due diligence, contracting strategies, tendering and contract drafting to post contract advising on variations, payments, valuations and claims through to Final Account.
If there are disputes we have many years of experience in the formulation, negotiation and resolution of large variations, claims & extensions of time and experience as a party representative in Adjudications, Arbitrations as well as a Quantum Expert and advisor.
We also run contracts/commercial awareness training workshops for engineers.
