Atom Health and Fitness is a state of the art health club perfectly located to service the needs of business park residents and visitors.
Laid out over 6500 square feet, the club is spacious, modern and fitted with high tech equipment throughout. There are two purposes built studios, two gym areas, and luxurious changing facilities.
Atom also has Teesside’s only hot yoga studio as well as a functional training studio and virtual Watt biking.
With the Business Park Community in mind the class timetable has been shaped to provide a variety of class option before, during and immediately after working hours. Short high intensity offerings such as Metafit make it is possible to get out of the office into the gym and back at your desk before the end of lunch.
Atom’s team of personal trainers is second to none; and the service offers professionals with limited time access to the type of efficient exercise programming that can be key when working to demanding schedules.
The club has a range of membership options, all of which are available without contract. Pay per visit options are also available.
