A SPECIALIST technology company is expanding nationally after winning a major contract with a London property group.
Communicate Technology PLC, who were last year ranked 228th in the Financial Times list of fastest growing companies in Europe, has signed a partnership agreement with Property Initiatives, who manage over three million sq ft of prime commercial space.
Owner of Property Initiatives Richard Stokes said: “As a company sensitive to occupier needs, we will only work with and recommend best in class service providers to our clients and tenants. Communicate fits this bill well and I have been very impressed with their focus and service delivery. They are now firmly on our list of preferred suppliers.”
The partnership comes during a period of extensive growth for Wynyard-based Communicate, who have made several senior appointments and announced two key acquisitions.
Communicate CEO Tony Snaith said: “This contract is the start of the next phase of growth for us, as we aim to roll out the Communicate brand to a national audience.
“It comes in what has been an extremely busy 2017 for the business, which has seen our customer portfolio expand, key acquisitions to strengthen our customer offering and three internal appointments to ensure we’re in the best possible position to meet our ambitious targets.”
As part of the Property Initiatives contract, 250,000 sq ft across five London sites are now connected to the Communicate UK wide network, with a roll-out of an additional five sites per month nationally over the next year.
The expansion of the Communicate team has seen the appointments of John Toal, who is the Sales Director; Oliver Stell who has been appointed Business Development Manager, and Emily Bentley who is the company’s Marketing and Business Development Manager.
Communicate Technology PLC, which is based at Wynyard Business Park, is a specialist technology company, providing a complete portfolio of services to clients in multi-occupancy commercial properties.
It works in partnership with agents and landlords to design a package for businesses that makes their journey into serviced offices simpler and smoother.
Tony added: “With the acquisitions of telecoms company, Touchdown Offices, and cyber security company, Landscape Networks, investment in the latest technology and the expansion of our senior management team, we believe we are ideally positioned to branch out into new markets and establish the Communicate brand to a national and very influential audience.”
